Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wireel Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality creative services — including video editing, content creation, social media management, and branding.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for services purchased from us through our website https://www.wireel.studio or any official communication channel.

2. Project-Based Services

For custom or project-based services (e.g., video editing, branding, content design):

  • Once a project has begun and initial concepts or drafts have been delivered, refunds are not applicable.

  • If the project is cancelled before any work has started, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued, depending on the time and resources already allocated.

  • If Wireel Studio fails to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline (without valid reason or client delay), we may issue a full or partial refund after internal review.

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Wireel Studio management.

3. Subscription / Monthly Plans

For recurring or subscription-based services (e.g., social media management, content strategy, monthly video editing packages):

  • Clients can cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds are not provided for ongoing or completed months.

  • If you cancel before the next billing cycle, no further payments will be charged.

  • Prepaid months or partial months already in progress are non-refundable.

To stop future renewals, please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date.

4. Consultation & Strategy Sessions

  • Once a consultation call or strategy session has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be refunded.

  • Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Digital Deliverables

Since our services involve custom digital deliverables (such as edited videos, graphics, or brand assets), refunds cannot be issued once deliverables are shared or approved.

We recommend clients carefully review drafts and request revisions before giving final approval.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing or payment error:

  • Contact us immediately at wireelstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue within 10 business days.

  • Chargebacks initiated through payment processors without prior communication may result in suspension of future services.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

8. Cancellation by Wireel Studio

Wireel Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment or incomplete payment by the client.

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.

  • Circumstances beyond our control (technical failures, emergencies, or unforeseen events).

In such cases, clients will be notified immediately, and any unused portion of pre-paid services may be refunded at our discretion.

9. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services or delivered digital content.

  • Partial work where deliverables were already initiated.

  • Delays caused by incomplete client input, late communication, or missing files.

  • Add-on services such as voiceovers, thumbnails, or paid ad editing.
