  • “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any person or entity using our services or website.

  • “Services” refers to all offerings by Wireel Studio, including video editing, social media management, content strategy, branding, and consulting.

  • “Deliverables” means any files, designs, videos, or materials produced and delivered to you as part of our services.

4. Scope of Services

Wireel Studio offers the following services:

  • Video editing (reels, shorts, long-form, promotional videos)

  • Social media strategy and management

  • YouTube channel management

  • Brand identity and design creation

  • Consultation and growth coaching

The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline will be outlined in your project agreement, invoice, or proposal.

5. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communication.

  • Not use our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Not upload or share harmful or offensive content.

  • Respect all copyrights and intellectual property belonging to Wireel Studio or third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all materials (footage, brand assets, scripts, etc.) required to complete your project.

  • Ensure that all materials provided are legally owned or licensed for use.

  • Communicate promptly and clearly during project timelines.

  • Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe.

Wireel Studio will not be liable for project delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information.

7. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in full or as per the agreed milestone schedule before project delivery.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • Prices are quoted in INR (₹) for Indian clients and USD ($) for international clients.

  • Taxes, transaction fees, and currency conversion charges (if any) are borne by the client.

  • Late or failed payments may delay project timelines or result in suspension of services.

Refund Policy

Due to the creative and digital nature of our work:

  • Payments made for completed or ongoing work are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are only issued in case of service non-delivery due to our fault.

8. Revisions and Deliverables

  • Most projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

  • Final deliverables will be shared digitally (via Google Drive, Dropbox, or client portal).

  • Project files are retained for 3 months after completion (see Privacy Policy).

After delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to download and securely store their final files.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All creative materials produced by Wireel Studio remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon final payment, you receive the usage rights to the deliverables for their intended purpose (e.g., marketing, publishing).

  • Wireel Studio retains the right to use completed projects in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute our deliverables to third parties without permission.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All client materials and information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or authorized by you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Wireel Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service involved.

  • We are not responsible for third-party system failures, software bugs, or client-side misuse of deliverables.

12. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may include integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Wix, ClickUp, Google Drive, Razorpay).

We are not responsible for their performance, uptime, or privacy practices.

13. Termination of Services

Wireel Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any project or service immediately if:

  • The client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

  • Payments are delayed or not received.

  • The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior.

Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

 

For international clients, we comply with global data and contract laws under fair business principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect business or legal changes.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website or services after updates implies your acceptance of the new terms.
